The Northbrook Caucus is a non-partisan, volunteer organization of local residents that recruits, interviews, and endorses candidates for key Village offices, such as the Village Board, Park District, Library Board, and School Boards.

The Caucus promotes civic participation by identifying qualified candidates for endorsement, though any registered voter can choose to run for office.
